Orchids

These would be orchids for sure, who can say anything else? It was kind of a sketchy paint, but does not appear to be vulnerable to everyday sight. I hope to paint more of the fresh flowers as it comes to be a rewarding experience.

Go back to school! Learn to draw and paint without having to splash it all over.

hmmm...

thank you for the feedback, I may need to think this over though. I did not have much time for posting lately, but will surely try to keep up. The school unfortunately gets more distant every day and my naive approach overwhelms the academical with the same speed.

This is my version of tulips. And this is a version by Gabi, the 5 year old. I already have my favorite. What's your favorite?

Inappropriate update

I have to admit to being very lost nowadays in the speed of everyday struggle to keep this corner up to date. Since my student times, I feel like living on one of the main metro stations in Prague, where you have 10 seconds to get in and less to get out. The lack of creativity in one's life is poping up reminders in the head and just makes it boil until you have to do it, or dismiss. I am in no mood for dismissal yet. The gray of all around will need to be broken by color of new very soon.

Linocut print - Elder sis brown

Made from a retraced drawing I did a while back. My daughter could have been 7 years old then. She was thinking of what to draw next with a color marker. She just got a set of markers for her birthday present.
